Meghna Group of Industries joins WCA

Bangladesh-based Meghna Group of Industries (MGI), which owns Unique Cement Industries, has become a global member of the World Cement Association (WCA). Along with its cement operations, MGI’s diverse business portfolio includes steel, consumer goods and chemical products. The company also operates 30 different types of industrial units. At 4 million tonnes/year, MGI is Bangladesh’s second largest producer of cement.
