Polish Ministry to sell GZD stake

The Polish Ministry of Treasury has said that it wants to sell the remaining stake of 25.21% in the aggregate mining company Gornicze Zaklady Dolomitowe (GZD) in Siewierz in an auction on 2 September, 2011. The asking price is €3.68 million, and the companies which want to take part are to express their interest by 31 August.

The 4470 Polish Ministry of Treasury has said that it wants to sell the remaining stake of 25.21% in the aggregate mining company 4472 Gornicze Zaklady Dolomitowe (GZD) in Siewierz in an auction on 2 September, 2011.

The asking price is €3.68 million, and the companies which want to take part are to express their interest by 31 August.

Poland’s state-owned aggregate producer KSS up for sale

Investors have been invited by the Polish State Treasury to take part in negotiations regarding the purchase of an 85% stake in the aggregate producer Kopalnie Surowcow Skalnych (KSS) in Zlotoryja.

Poland's Kombinat Budowlany to be sold

The majority share in Poland-based concrete and steel producer Kombinat Budowlany is to be sold off by the Polish government by auction next month. An 85% stake in the state-owned company is to be sold on 5 September but offers from interested parties must be placed by the end of this month. The government has set the opening price for the company at €1.07million.
