Yoak joined Terex in 2020 and has a proven track record working collaboratively with Finlay dealers in their parts and service support operations. More recently, he was instrumental in the successful design and implementation of the online systems as part of the digital solutions team in North America.

He has a deep understanding of the industry, our business systems and operations and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the Finlay team.
In his new role, Yoak will work closely with dealers in his territory to drive business growth and expand Finlay's market presence and coverage across the region. He will focus on enhancing dealer and customers relationships, developing new strategic partnerships in areas currently not serviced, and delivering tailored financial solutions that meet the evolving needs of Finlay's clients.

His pragmatic and strategic vision with a customer-centric approach aligns with Finlay's commitment to innovation, excellence, and delivering outstanding value to our customers.

"We are thrilled to welcome Jeremiah fully into the Finlay team," said Martin Conway, Finlay sales and marketing director. "His extensive experience, industry and machine knowledge, and passion for customer success make him the ideal person to drive our North American sales and marketing strategy forward. We are confident that Jeremiah will play a pivotal role in advancing our goals and supporting our continued growth in this key market."

Commenting on his new role, Yoak said: "I am excited to fully join the 'Finlay Family' and contribute to further success in North America. Finlay's reputation for quality, innovation, and customer focus is well-known, and I look forward to working closely with the team to build on this strong foundation and continued success together."

Yoak, who will be based in Louisville, started his new role on Monday, 2 September 2024.
