Michael Duffy joins McLanahan as regional sourcing manager

McLanahan, a leading U.S.-based wet and dry processing equipment maker for the aggregates and mining industries, has appointed Michael Duffy as a regional sourcing manager in Europe.

McLanahan has appointed Michael Duffy as a regional sourcing manager in Europe

As a sourcing manager, he will be working with the company’s corporate sourcing department to secure the best quality material and pricing for the materials to build McLanahan’s products.

Duffy brings over 23 years of supply chain experience, with 17 years directly involved in the mineral and aggregate industries, having most recently served as the head of Global Supply Chain with CDE.

In Duffy’s previous role, he was responsible for global procurement, inventory, materials management and logistics. He is a strong advocate of collaborative relationships with key suppliers, viewing them as an extension of the company, and believes in building lasting vendor relationships. In his new role at McLanahan, Duffy will be leading efforts to build up McLanahan’s global supply chain and local manufacturing resources while ensuring the quality that McLanahan is known for worldwide.
