Aggregate Industries – a member of Holcim – manufactures and supplies a range of heavy building materials, primarily aggregates such as stone, asphalt and concrete, to the construction industry and other business sectors.

LafargeHolcim says the acquisition enhances Aggregate Industries’ current residential and light commercial offerings, benefiting all sectors served, including infrastructure and industrial customers.

Marshall president Matt Miller says: “This is an exciting time for our company and our employees. The Minneapolis/St. Paul metro market is booming, and if we’re going to grow, having the right structure and resources in place will help us to continue doing what we do best. Right now, our number one priority is ensuring continuity of quality customer service.”

Randy Gaworski, head of north central region, US ACM at LafargeHolcim, says: “Marshall Concrete aligns well with our Aggregate Industries business. Their talented employees and strong focus on customer service have made it a partner of choice in Minneapolis /St. Paul and the surrounding area.”

Since 1936, Marshall has been a concrete producer, with a focus on residential and light commercial customers.
