Holcombe CVI has announced it is the first member to join the Volumetric Mixer Manufacturer Bureau (VMMB) from the western US.
The VMMB is comprised of five other volumetric concrete manufacturers in the US and Canada, which includes rigorous product quality standards for membership.
In 2006, Brent and Cathy Holcombe purchased the Texas-based company's precursor Quick Mix.
Holcombe CVI now has several models of volumetric concrete mixers, a design patent and product innovations scheduled for release in 2020, the manufacturer says.
Holcombe CVI mobile concrete mixers are operated by American companies hard in various industries including, oil fields, building and reinforcing existing interstates, roads, and highways.
It is a joint venture between Holcombe Mixers in Ault, CO, and Cactus Varied Industries (CVI) in Amarillo, Texas.
