Plant Manager – Aggregates. Salary to be decided. Company seeks a Plant Manager to be responsible for the management of all aspects of operations. The Plant Manager must lead & manage all safety efforts at the plant as well as site planning, pit development, quality control, rail loadout facility & maintenance functions. Plant Operator / Supervisor. Salary: $55k to $80k. Midwest. First Class Ready Mix & Aggregate Producer seeks an experienced Plant Operator / Supervisor. This position will batch concrete, oversee all plant operations and maintenance.
Shop Foreman — Ready Mix Fleet. Salary: $60k to $90k. Location: MI. Ready Mix Producer located in Michigan seeks an experienced Lead Mechanic / Shop Foreman for 50+ Ready Mix Trucks. This position will be “hands-on” overseeing the preventative maintenance and repair of all Ready Mix Trucks & Heavy Mobile Equipment.
Quarry Manager. Salary: $80k - $110k. Company seeks a Quarry Manager for a new start-up facility. The Quarry Manager will be responsible for supervising the activities & safety of the mine crew.
Responsibilities include: Work with production, EHS and geology managers to plan mining, clearing and grubbing, waste removal, ore sand production and reclamation operations 12 months in advance
Communicate short to mid- range mine plans, schedules and strategy to mine crew on daily activities; Production tracking and budgeting; Monitor activities within the mine to ensure production efficiency (continuous improvement); Ensure quality and quantity of material; Safety observations and equipment task training; Operate GPS to perform required survey; Flying drone operation for end-of-month survey; Work closely with plant supervisors and managers to ensure plant’s production; Safely operate front end loaders, excavators, haul trucks, skid steer, backhoe, forklift, telehandler, or bulldozers (desired not required); Perform appropriate pre-shift equipment examinations; Grease and fuel equipment when needed.
Mobile Equipment Mechanic. Excellent Pay, Benefits and Company Truck. PA. Large Construction Materials Producer seeks a Heavy Equipment Mechanic to perform Preventative Maintenance & Repairs to a large fleet of Loaders, Haul Trucks, Dozers, Excavators and more for multiple operations. Company Truck Provided.
Aggregate Plant Maintenance Mechanic. Excellent Pay, Benefits and Company Truck. Large Construction Materials Producer seeks a Plant Mechanic to perform Preventative Maintenance & Repairs to multiple Aggregate & Asphalt Plants. Company Truck Provided.
Quarry Manager. Salary: $85k - $110k. Texas. Large Construction Materials Producer based in Texas has an immediate need for an experienced Quarry Manager. Responsibilities include: Oversee 1+ MTPY Quarry Operation; Lead & Manage Safety First Approach; Management of Plant Operations; Mine Planning; Pit Development; Quality Control; Production Planning; Plant & Mobile Equipment Maintenance.
2 Positions Available: Dispatcher & Plant Manager. Salary: $60k to $90k. Northern, CA (Coastal). Dispatcher: Company seeks a Dispatcher to be responsible for order taking, scheduling ready mix & aggregate deliveries, customer service & sales / quotes.
Plant Manager. Company seeks a Plant Manager to oversee 12+ Employees, batch & dispatch as well as schedule drivers & deliveries. The Plant Manager will be responsible for quality control & plant maintenance.
Buyer. Salary Depends on Experience. Philadelphia. Large frac sand provider seeks a Buyer to prepare purchase orders or other agreements as necessary and check them for accuracy & completeness before issuing. The right candidate must build relationships with suppliers & conduct routine supplier business reviews, evaluating supplier performance & compliance. Responsibilities include: Purchase the proper quality product for the job at the lowest possible price in correct amounts; Purchase site’s consumable items; Solicit bid requests and review requisitions for goods and services; Research, compare, and evaluate based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, and supplier’s reputation and history; Monitor, coordinate, and expedite shipments and receiving to ensure goods come in on time and that unacceptable goods or services are investigated and corrective action is taken; Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed and maintain an effective level of internal control within the purchasing function; Inventory management, including parts and supplies; Work closely with Management, Receiving and Accounting to help resolve discrepancies on purchase orders and invoices.
Coordinate purchase order flow and back orders; Analyze price proposals to determine reasonable prices within the current market; Evaluate and monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and determine any needs for changes; Ensure all terms and conditions are reviewed and approved by company’s legal team. Other duties as assigned.

Aggregates Manager. Salary: $90k - $135k. Southwest USA. Large Construction Materials Producer and Heavy Civil Contractor seeks an experienced Aggregates Manager to oversee all aspects of 6 locations. Responsibilities will include: Operations, Production, Quality Control, Plant & Mobile Equipment Maintenance, Sales and Marketing. This position reports directly to the President / COO.
