CNH, whose Construction business includes the CASE Construction quarrying and construction equipment brand, has announced a streamlining of its leadership.
CRH and Caterpillar have signed a strategic agreement to develop and deploy electric off-road vehicles and charging solutions. The agreement is focused on accelerating the deployment of Caterpillar’s 70 to 100-ton-class battery electric off-road truck with CRH testing and validating the units at its operations in North America.
The first DA45-7 articulated dump truck (ADT) from Develon has been sold in Italy and is at work in the chalk basin of Roccastrada. The machine was purchased as it was seen as the best suited for rock movement in the region’s so-called ‘Chalk Valley’ quarries.
