Granit of Bosnia restarts production

Bosnian stone manufacturer Granit has reported that it is restarting production after two years of no activities. As a result, 100 jobs will be created. Granit's director, Salih Klepo, said that the restart of production resulted after talks and agreements with the Union Organtisation, and the new liquidation manager, Velija Sabljic. Granit's director, Salih Klepo, said that the restart of production resulted after talks and agreements with the Union Organtisation, and the new liquidation manager, Velija Sabljic.
President of the Union Organisation, Memsud Cosic, said that a court will decide on the alleged €500,000-plus theft in the company. Its issues started in 2004 when the Privatisation Agency signed a contract with Ortacka Group for the sale of its 67%.
