Rather than a formal ceremony, the association opted for a large-scale online meeting, with all winners and stakeholders present to share best practice and mark the achievements of award recipients. In line with previous years, the awards, based on independent audits carried out in 2019, showcased the impressive progress in establishing safer working environments.
According to the awards' independent auditor, Marius van Deventer, the vast majority of Aspasa member award participants increased their 2019 audit scores over the previous year.
