Hillhead 2018 dates revealed

Organisers of the 427 Hillhead Quarry Exhibition, The QMJ Group, have revealed that the biennial showcase for the quarrying and construction industry will take place from 26–28 June 2018 at Hillhead Quarry, near Buxton, Derbyshire, England.
   
The 2018 event follows a record-breaking show in 2016 that featured 476 exhibitors and an ABC-audited attendance of 18,601. The strong attendance was achieved in spite of poor weather, particularly on the second day.

The 2016 showpiece event also saw more working demonstrations than ever before, with the live action including no fewer than 14 excavators in the quarry face areas at one point in the show.

Unlike other major exhibitions, Hillhead is a professional event where attendance is restricted to people from the quarrying, minerals and construction sectors only.
