Shareholders of Russian company Iskitimcement, belonging to RATM holding company, have approved a €49.69 million dividend payment out of the company's undistributed profit, a record-breaking amount for the company.

Shareholders of Russian company 3678 Iskitimcement, belonging to RATM holding company, have approved a €49.69 million dividend payment out of the company's undistributed profit, a record-breaking amount for the company.

In 2009, the company did not pay a dividend because of the crisis and in 2010, Iskitimcement incurred a loss but gained a profit of approximately €751,000 in the first half of 2011.

According to a source close to the company, the decision to pay dividends was made just before the plant's sale.
