Aggregate Industries has expanded its offering to include cement.
Parent company LafargeHolcim has transferred two cement plants in County Staffordshire, England, and Northern Ireland to the business.
The move follows the sale of Lafarge's Tarmac business to Irish rival CRH as part of its merger with Holcim.

Parent company 8161 LafargeHolcim has transferred two cement plants in County Staffordshire, England, and Northern Ireland to the business.
The move follows the sale of 725 Lafarge's 868 Tarmac business to Irish rival 723 CRH as part of its merger with 680 Holcim.
A total of 250 staff have switched to Aggregate Industries from Lafarge.
Aggregate Industries said adding cement to its offering would strengthen its offering.
The transfer of assets also includes a quarry and a cement terminal.
