CRH completes Philippines deal

CRH has completed the Philippines element of its transaction to acquire certain assets from Lafarge and Holcim for a total enterprise value of €6.5 billion. Last month the group confirmed that the majority of the transaction was complete, with the exception of the operations in the Philippines.
