Taiyuan Lionhead Group plans to sell 52.77 million shares or a 22.94% shareholding in Taiyuan Lionhead Cement.
Lionhead Group will cease to hold any shares in Lionhead Cement upon completion of the disposal.
The announcement was made by Lionhead Cement, a China-based maker of aluminate cement, portland cement and clinker and concrete.
