Estonian Betoonimeister, a company, focused on the delivery of high performance ready mixed concrete has reached an agreement to acquire all the assets of TM Betoon, the subsidiary of TMB.
The acquisition is subject to approval by the Competition Authority, and the price of the acquisition is confidential.
The acquisition would facilitate TMB’s target to focus entirely on the manufacture of concrete elements and exit from commercial concrete market.
Betoonimeister said the acquisition would contribute to increasing the production and sale volume of commercial ready mixed concrete.
Betoonimeister and its two subsidiaries are operating four commercial ready mixed concrete plants.
