Groupe Mecalac has signed an agreement with the
Specialists in the designing, manufacturing and distribution of construction equipment, especially used in urban construction sites, Groupe Mecalac says the acquisition, due to be completed in the first half of 2017, will allow it to broaden its offering with a complementary range of products, open up new geographical distribution areas and expand Group companies’ industrial know-how.
Henri Marchetta, CEO of Groupe Mecalac, said: “This acquisition follows our growth strategy, based on excellence, on the broadening of our range of equipment for urban construction sites, and on international distribution deployment.
