IEnova acquired 100% of the equity in Ventika from Blackstone Energy Partners, Fisterra Energy, and other minority shareholders, including Cemex.
Cemex Energia will remain as the manager of the Ventika windfarm facilities. Cemex says the proceeds obtained from the transaction will be used mainly for debt reduction and for general corporate purposes.
