XCMG unveil first XE210WLL extension armed wheel type hydraulic excavator
XCMG’s first XE210WLL extension armed wheel type hydraulic excavator has recently rolled off the production line. The model has been developed and manufactured to resemble a 21tonne wheeled excavator.
The XE210WLL’s movable arm is 7.15m long, its bucket rod 4.5m long, and the maximum excavation radius is 12.6m, which enables the machine to work in a large range. The excavator has large diameter rotary support and its landing leg is welded on to the lower frame, which brings better stability performance.

BKT’s Bhuj ‘game changer’
A huge tyre weighing 1.3tonnes, standing outside one of the entrances to BKT’s plant, could sum up the company’s ambitions.
BKT (Balkrishna Industries Limited) is a leading manufacturer in the off-highway tyre market, and has just invested US$500 million on new manufacturing facilities.
Not long ago, the site was 126 hectares of barren desert with a handful of withered and windswept shrubs. No water, no electricity.
Thanks to its huge investment, BKT has created in a few years a showpiece at Bhuj i
Minerals aid India’s fast-growing economy

Despite tough Chinese economy, country still burns with construction and quarrying ambition
It’s a fact that China's growth has slowed to its lowest rate in a quarter of a century.
The world's second-largest economy grew by 6.8% in the October-December 2015 quarter, down from the previous quarter's 6.9%.
However, leading US-based industry research firm the Freedonia Group still believes more than two-thirds of all additional construction equipment demand generated from 2014-2019 – rising 3.9% to US$218 billion compared to the period 2008-13 - will be attributable to China.
bauma 2016 Munich is creating a buzz around the construction and quarrying sector
It’s going to be one hell of a show. The recent pre-bauma 2016 Munich press event – officially known rather formally as the ‘media dialog’ – saw leading international construction and quarrying equipment OEMs and smaller yet globally ambitious firms offer assembled journalists from from across the world details of the wealth of new equipment and concepts they will unveil at the big 11-17 April exhibition, alongside other state-of-the art, market proven models.
