The annual list is made up of founders, CEOs, technologists, dealmakers and other major figures in the Chicago tech ecosystem.
Since joining the quarrying, construction and mining equipment manufacturer in 2018, Caterpillar says that Redzic has demonstrated an ability to lead digital transformation through strategy development and execution, with plans to grow the Cat Digital team by more than 200 people in the next two years.
Prior to joining Caterpillar Redzic led the connected-car software teams at digital-mapping company Here, and later at car manufacturer Renault-Nissan.
At Cat he is involved in bringing more e-commerce capabilities to dealers and user-friendly apps to customers.
Redzic also helped to launch Easy Ride, claimed to be the first driverless-mobility service being tested in Japan.
