394 CASE Construction Equipment has appointed Nicola D’Arpino as head of sales and marketing for Europe.

D’Arpino is a highly experienced construction industry professional with a 16-year career at 7044 CNH Industrial Group.

He will succeed Jose Cuadrado who moves to the position of VP in after-market solutions.

The appointment of D'Arpino follows changes to CNH Industrial’s global executive committee made in January 2019. The company says the changes will enhance its organisational focus on five global operating segments: construction, agriculture, commercial and specialty vehicles, powertrain and financial services.

The construction segment continues to be led by president of construction Carl Gustaf Göransson.
