Welton Aggregates has added two new Renault Trucks C430 8x4 tippers to its line-up.
Lincolnshire, UK-based Welton is an independent quarry, aggregate and concrete provider. The addition of the new eight-wheeler tippers bring its total fleet of Renault trucks to six.
The tippers were supplied by Thompson Commercials in Grimsby and are fitted with Broughtons of Barnetby Aggregate tipping bodies.
Welton Aggregates says its business is being boosted by a buoyant local housing market, and the new Range C430s are being deployed across Lincolnshire, East Midlands and Humberside to manage the extra demand.
The company's transport manager Guy Tomlinson commented: “In addition to holding the road really well, we’ve found them to be extremely sturdy, powerful and reliable, ideal for our application in off-road heavy construction and quarry work."
