Atrus Cement Holding (Austria) has suspended indefinitely the construction of a cement plant in the Krymsk district (Krasnodar region, South) of Russia. The building halt is said to have been caused by a lack of funding. Around €181.53 million (RUB 12.7 billion) was due to be invested in the project. Due for completion in 2016, the cement plant was due to produce up to 2.1 million tonnes/year
