Latvian block investment

Latvia-based paving specialist 1600 Silverstone has opened a new production facility in Talsi. The new plant will use sand and gravel from the company’s local quarries to produce up to 3000m2 of paving blocks and slabs, curbstones and concrete blocks per day.
