Stones4Homes supplies to the general public, local builder's merchants, and general construction markets. Through a well-established pallet network and more locally though its own transport, Stones4Homes supplies decorative and specialist aggregates, composts and mulches across the UK.

Prestige Aggregates managing director Graham Lambert said it is his company's intention to grow the Stones4Homes business whilst integrating Prestige's own logistics, utilising the two companies' joint buying power and wealth of experience in the aggregates and construction materials supply markets.

He commented on his company's strategy: "Over the last few years, I have been concentrating on expanding the Prestige Aggregate Group of company's business and our diversity within the construction industry supply market. Additions such as our own crushing screening and plant hire business, and our training services company have helped secure more business across the group throughout the UK. In an effort to secure all of our futures long term, and in particularly in the last six months, I have been concentrating on securing this growth by acquisition."

Shaun Robson, founder of Stones4Homes, is staying with the company as a director and consultant for at least the next three years.

"This commitment from Shaun and his team is the foundation of an exciting future for all of us," said Lambert. "I am looking forward to us working together and combining our experience to enhance our chances of future success."
