The family-owned inventor of mobile crushing and screening equipment from Austria says that inside the crusher it has added a special hydraulic block system, providing a reverse crushing function called RCF. The system allows the operator to run the crusher in a complete reverse motion, offering a fast and easy release of blockages in the crusher chamber. The result is more constant production and a more convenient operation.
All bucket crushers are constructed from Hardox and are equipped with a centralised lubrication system; dust suppression; SAE hydraulic connections; double spring system; cast jaw stock; XLarge jaw plates; replacement cheek plates, and toggle seat. Optionally, the products can be added with teeth, iron separator, quick coupler and crush control. In addition to its bucket crushers, Hartl also offers a complete series of bucket screeners in its attachment range. For example, the HBS screeners have an extremely wide inlet area, and this, says the company, allows the operator to take more material into the chamber, offering more screening efficiency in the drum and receiving more and faster screened-out material.
“New in 2018 is the HSS screener series, which is developed for the use on skid steers, loaders and tractors. The already-launched HSS 800 is to be followed by two larger sizes, the HSS 1200 and HSS1600,” says the company. Fast changeable screen meshes are available in all sizes for all screeners, and options such as the drum brush make the screeners complete.
