Continuing from the development of its large M-Series material processing buckets, the goal with the new G-Series is to streamline customer processes and provide an opportunity for cost savings and environmental benefits, both hot topics in the aggregate sector and mining industry, says the Finnish company.

The first G-Series model released onto the market is the 32tonne ALLU G 4-32 F with a payload of over 50tonnes. It is designed to be mounted on 300tonne-class front shovel mining excavators, and with the ALLU G 4-32 F, the excavator is used as a material processor, screening the ore of waste rock in mining cells at the same time that it loads the screened ore onto transport dump trucks.

ALLU offers a complete line of technologically advanced soil stabilising and remediation equipment and screening, crushing attachments for the mining, aggregate, asphalt, compost, environmental, recycling, green waste, demolition and pipeline industries.
