McLanahan has appointed Donal McNicholl as its UK and Ireland director of sales.
Since joining the company in 2022, McNicholl, who has over 20 years of machinery sales experience, has been instrumental in growing McLanahan's aggregate and C&D recycling sales in the UK and Ireland. Under the direction of David Hunter, Mclanahan's Aggregates Systems' business line director, McNicholl will head a growing sales team working with customers in this region.
Hunter said: "Donal joined the team around 18 months ago and has really driven our UK sales efforts in that time. His efforts have led to us winning orders from Tarmac, Cemex and Hanson (Heidelberg), among others. Donal's promotion to the role of director of sales provides both him and McLanahan an opportunity to continue to build on the successes to date. I am really excited for what the future has in store for us and would like to congratulate Donal on his promotion."
