The company objective of the planned reorganisation is to find synergy benefits by combining Metso’s and Outotec’s warehouse activities in Finland, following this summer's merger of Metso's minerals business with Outotec.

Metso Outotec says that closing down the Tampere spare part warehouse and outsourcing the warehousing activities in the future may also be an option.

The company says that the 10 employees in the Tampare spare part warehouse are in the scope of the negotiations.
