The first mobile 6484 Rubble Master crusher in Gorontalo, at the heart of Indonesia, is in operation.

RM says the new RM 70GO! 2.0 replaces several machines at once: instead of using the jaw crusher combined with a cone crusher, the mobile crusher unit processes in a single pass the extremely hard river basalt that is needed for road building.

“The roads that we build are the best in this area,” says Stevie Kusumaharja, proud of the quality of the infrastructure project that his company PT. Anugerah Andalan Perkasa is currently working on.

In addition to the compact dimensions and reliability of the RM crusher, the high quality final aggregate and the excellent customer service offered by Indonesian dealership GMT were decisive for the owner.

PT. Kusumaharja was looking for a crusher that could handle the extreme conditions encountered while crushing abrasive basalt.

Not only the new owner, but also the local residents in Gorontalo, were delighted to welcome the new crusher earlier in 2017spring17 when, during an official ceremony with more than 100 visitors, the first RM 70GO! 2.0 belonging to PT. Anugerah Andalan Perkasa received its blessing.

The mobile crusher has since been working every day processing extremely hard river basalt up to a size of 500mm.

The material from the nearby river is refined to produce 0/63 basalt aggregate and the company delivers 800tonnes/day to the road building projects in North Sulawesi.
