6484 RUBBLE MASTER is continuing its ambitious worldwide expansion of recent years by increasing investment in its Chinese operation.

The Austrian global market compact crusher manufacturer’s China plans are being spearheaded by its recently established Chinese sales subsidiary, Tianjin RUBBLE MASTER Technology Co. Ltd (Tianjin RM). Its five-strong team will serve Chinese RUBBLE MASTER (RM) customers on site together with 10 established local sales partners.

RM will be represented at this year's bauma China 2018 exhibition in Shanghai (27-30 November) for the first time by its new Chinese sales subsidiary.

Some mobile RM compact crushers have already been sold by Tianjin RM and put into operation. Chinese customers are said by Tianjin RM to have been keen to invest in RM plant. They are said to have found that model production capacities exceed expectations, and their rapid start-up enables efficient and flexible work. Additionally, customers are said by Tianjin RM to have found that RM offers a very quiet mobile crusher fleet with extremely low exhaust emissions. The longevity of RM models is another key selling point, says Tianjin RM.

Hebei Cangzhou Municiple, RM’s first customer in China, is the owner of an RM80 and an RM100, which were bought in 2005 and 2006. “We are still working with the two machines every day. One day when we build up our company museum, we will present these two machines to show that about 20 years ago, with them, we started our recycling business.” said Mr. Liu, the general manager.

The RM 100GO! with new generation of mesh deck screens plus the hydraulic swivelling refeeding belts will be on show at bauma China 2018. With the RM 100GO!, RM is said to have a high-performance compact crusher in its product portfolio which stands out through its quiet operation and diverse application capabilities. The plant’s fast and uncomplicated start-up enables quick and efficient on-site recycling. With a capacity of up to 250tonnes/hour – depending on input material – the RM 100GO! is said to produce a high-quality end product.

All mineral materials such as construction & demolition waste, concrete, asphalt, glass, coal, natural stone or steel-reinforced concrete with an edge length up to 750mm can be processed to make high-quality building materials. The RM 100GO! weighs only 29tonnes and is said to have an impressively high throughput on a par with that of larger crushers.

As part of plans to ensure long-term premium plant servicing support to Chinese RM customers, plans are in place to open a dedicated Tianjin RM wear parts warehouse. An RM team of technicians trained in Austria is already available 24/7 to assist Chinese customers.
