The machine, inspired by the previous UniCompact model on wheels, is going to Korrus Tech, the long-standing dealer for the promotion and sale of Baioni products throughout the Russian market.
This follows an announcement at the CTT Exhibition in Moscow in June.
The Russian company, a leading distributor of equipment for the construction and quarrying industry, has agreed with Baioni Crushing Plants a strategy for the introduction of the mobile equipment in its territory, which has proved to be highly receptive to mobile plants.
Korrus Tech is planning an open day, which will be held in a quarry and where several potential customers have been invited from all over Russia.
During the working demonstration the Unitrack7 will be launched and presented, and Angelo Reina, area manager Russia-Asian countries, will attend to represent Baioni Crushing Plants.
“We believe that this new track-mounted model will gain great success in Russia, since it suited to the demands of a particular market, the one of road construction,” said Ulderico Baioni, president of Baioni Crushing Plants.
The Unitrack7 is a complete crushing and screening plant equipped with electric motors to power the movement of the tracks; with a low feed hopper to make the load easier even with small loaders, thus finding further applications in road construction, for the production of mixed aggregates suitable for road foundations or fillings.
It is built around Baioni’s large jaw crusher, BP 700/500 for the primary crushing, and the cone crusher FCS 68 for the secondary crushing of any hard and abrasive rocks. The unit offers a maximum capacity of about 80tonnes/hour, and is said to be the only one of its kind in the world to be fully driven by electric motors, powered by a generator, both for unit motion and production of aggregates.
