Furthering moves to expand business internationally, leading UK heavy plant attachment specialist Ulrich Attachments is attending The BIG Show (Builders’ International Gathering) this month; an annual international exhibition that caters to the building and construction industry in Oman, the Middle East and global markets.

Considered the biggest and most important building, construction and interior design event in Oman, The BIG Show was given recognition as a UFI-Approved Event by the UFI-The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry in 2009, and involves the extensive exhibition of building materials, construction equipment, wood machinery, interior furnishings and equipment, and technology for building and construction operations.

Sales managers Josh Copeland and Jason Periam will be on stand M3060, from the 25th to the 27th of March; meeting exhibition visitors, showcasing attachment video footage and talking to visitors in more detail about their product range and capabilities.

“Whilst this is the first time Ulrich Attachments has exhibited at The BIG Show, we’ve been supplying Middle Eastern customers for several years, mainly supporting 633 JCB plant machinery,” says Copeland.

“This part of the world presents a budding market with consistent buying patterns. As The BIG Show anticipates receiving industry visitors from a local, regional and global arena, we feel exhibiting this month will offer us a fantastic opportunity to introduce our enabling attachment portfolio to a wider, apposite plant machinery audience.”

Copeland explains that while Ulrich’s buckets and crane jibs have experienced unswerving sales in the Middle East, he and the team plan to now present the entire Ulrich product range to the thriving market, offering the bespoke and standard lines of buckets, winches and crane attachments, for wheeled loaders and telehandlers.

“We’re looking forward to extending Ulrich’s reach, and enabling dealers, contractors, plant hire firms and manufacturers to better know the Ulrich brand, and the extensive opportunities its equipment can deliver.”
