35 redundancies by CRH at Prefabricados Lemona’s plants

Irish firm Cement Roadstone Holding (CRH), owner of the Spanish cement company Cementos Lemona, is making 35 staff redundant at Prefabricados Lemona's plants in the towns of Lemona (Bizkaia) and Castropepe (Zamora). Trade union ELA has criticised this move, highlighting the €600 million annual profits posted by CRH in the last two years.
