The Swedish app enables digital checklists and case reporting, and has been developed for operators and maintenance personnel.

HeidelbergCement is using CheckProof to improve preventative maintenance at its processing plants and mobile equipment. The company also wanted to streamline work on quality checks, failed items and data collection.

Håkan Holmgren, CEO and founder of CheckProof, commented on the agreement: "We often see that there is a common denominator when it comes to these types of challenges. It’s often a question of getting effective routines to collect data so that the right measures can be implemented at the right time. Here, employees in production have a key role. By offering them a tool that simplifies everyday life, the routines become a natural part of the work, which gives effects throughout the company."

CheckProof has provided an easy to use, quick to implement task management solution which compliments HeidelbergCement's digitalisation efforts, according to Dr. Oliver Patsch, CCM director responsible for aggregates and asphalt at the company.

"The flexibility allows us to tailor the setup to the specific needs of our sites while still providing the structure for continually improving our maintenance practices," he added
