Charles Evans has been appointed chief technology officer and vice president of engineering at Command Alkon.
Evans will "lead the development of new products and technologies, while further enhancing the business value derived from Command Alkon’s current suite of world-class products," the company says.

Evans brings over 30 year’s experience leading and managing software product development and Information Technology efforts. Prior to joining Command Alkon, Charles was chief technology officer at Integraph Process, Power & Marine. During Charles’ tenure he was the executive leader for their cloud computing architecture transformation, while growing product capabilities in the areas of mobility, visualization, augmented reality, Internet of Things, and analytics.
He graduated from Southern Technical Institute with a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
