Géraldine Picaud appointed Group CFO at LafargeHolcim

Géraldine Picaud has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Executive Committee of Large of LafargeHolcim, with effect from 1 February 2018. The current CFO, Ron Wirahadiraksa, has decided to pursue opportunities outside the Group but he will remain in his role and provide a handover to Géraldine in due course.

 


Géraldine Picaud, a French national, joins the Group from ophthalmic optics company Essilor International, where she has been Group Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Committee since 2011. Trained as an auditor, Géraldine Picaud brings to the Group 20 years of experience leading and transforming Finance teams in complex, multinational companies. Prior to that, she spent four years working for the ED&F Man group in Winterthur, Switzerland, in the international commodity market, following 13 years as CFO at international specialty chemicals group, Safic Alcan.
