Granite has appointed Craig Hall senior vice president, general counsel, corporate compliance officer and secretary. He is responsible for the general management of the company’s legal team and will participate in securities, corporate and board governance matters.
Hall succeeds Richard Watts is now senior vice president and group manager for Granite’s water and mineral services group. He now reports to James Roberts, the firm’s president and chief executive officer.
Roberts says: "Craig’s background in the construction industry coupled with his extensive legal, compliance and ethics expertise make him a valuable addition to our Granite team."
Hall most recently served as deputy general counsel Oldcastle’s western operations. He also held progressive leadership roles within the company, including work in the development and implementation of corporate legal compliance and ethics programmes.
