Lhoist North America has received permit approval from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality to construct an energy efficient lime kiln at its facility in New Braunfels.
Lhoist says the move is driven by the demand for its high purity, high calcium lime products by the construction industry.

The kiln is expected to be operational in 2021.
