Screening and crushing company McCloskey International has acquired Lippmann-Milwaukee, a privately held manufacturer of aggregate crushing equipment for processing applications. The deal is expected to allow both companies to serve a broader base of customers worldwide.
Lippman provides crushing equipment and heavy-duty jaw crushers and will continue to operate at its headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Paschal McCloskey, president and CEO of McCloskey International, says: “We are excited at the opportunity to leverage the best practices of both companies while aligning the organisation and operation for a customer driven model. Our success in the market has been built on quality products, along with dedicated employees. Looking at the similar values and culture between McCloskey and Lippmann, it’s an excellent fit.”
