MDU Resources has declared a quarterly dividend on the company's common stock of 19.25 cents per share, unchanged from the previous quarter.
The dividend is payable Oct 1, 2017, to stockholders of record Sept 14, 2017.
MDU Resources has paid uninterrupted dividends for 79 consecutive years and has increased its dividend each of the past 26 years, the company says.
