The National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (NSSGA) will host a webinar outlining the impact and requirements for avoiding antitrust violations on 4 December.
The NSSGA says aggregates companies are especially vulnerable to antitrust actions due to standard products, market concentration and sales to governments. Antitrust violations can lead to large fines to individuals and companies, class-action lawsuits and prison sentences.
The two-hour session will include an annual antitrust refresher which shows your company and employees are aware of the responsibility in this area.
