NRMCA announces participants for DIL programme

The National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA) has congratulated the 30 rising-star executives selected for the 2019-2020 Developing Industry Leaders (DIL) Programme.

The DIL programme, running under the NRMCA’s workforce development committee, is aimed at supporting future executive-level talent. The programme’s participants gain an insight into critical factors at a national and strategic level. They also get the opportunity to work on a diverse team from across the US. It includes an industry mentorship with DIL alumni and senior NRMCA staff, encourages participants to make career friends. The collective group will meet during NRMCA’s ConcreteWorks, 3-7 October, in Kissimmee, FL, at NRMCA’s annual convention in March 2020, and gather for a summer 2020 capstone seminar before becoming DIL alumni. They, along with DIL alumni, can also attend the 2020 North American Concrete Alliance Fly-In, in March 2020 in Washington, DC.
