The name change is said to reflect better the company's work as a solution provider to the minerals and rock processing industry rather than as a supplier of construction materials. It also better conveys its status within the Lutze Group.

In 2020, DGM was acquired by the family-owned company Lutze International Europe and became part of the German Lutze Group. With its roots going back over 50 years and due to many loyal customers trusting DGM for its expertise, its name was not changed with the acquisition.

However, the Lutze Group, active in wear protection and conveying, process and polyurethane technology, is now changing the names of all its process-related entities to Lutze Process.

Along with the name change, some rebranding will also take place. The DGM logo will gradually disappear and be replaced with the Lutze Group logo, and the website https://danskgm.dk/ will, as of now, be accessible via https://www.lutze-process.dk. Lutze Process Denmark's team will be reachable by email via [email protected].

Lutze Process Denmark continues as the authorised Metso Outotec distributor for Denmark, the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

"This name change and rebranding will in no way affect our customers nor suppliers or delay any current or future orders. Our commitment to our customers and partners remains our highest priority, and we will continue to do that under this new name.", says Danny Mylting, responsible for sales and business development at Lutze Process Denmark.
