HeidelbergCement has issued a Eurobond under its €10 billion EMTN (Euro Medium Term Note) programme with an issuance volume of €300 million and a maturity date of 15 December, 2018.

674 HeidelbergCement has issued a Eurobond under its €10 billion EMTN (Euro Medium Term Note) programme with an issuance volume of €300 million and a maturity date of 15 December, 2018. The proceeds of the transaction will be used to refinance existing debt.

The seven-year bond bears a fixed coupon of 9.5% per year. The issue price is at 99.3% resulting in a yield to maturity of 9.625%.

Bookrunners of the transaction are BNP Paribas, Banca IMI, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, ING, LBBW, Mediobanca and RBS.
