The Goldoni Apollo Private JV, which Keetrack has entered into through its holding company PFH, aims to design, assemble and produce agricultural equipment for the Indian market as well as for certain export markets. The JV will use the Goldoni technology which was acquired by the Keestrack Group in 2021.
Headquartered in Ponzano Veneto, Goldoni is an Italian manufacturer of small to medium size agricultural equipment and was founded in 1927. From moto cultivators to specialised tractors like 4WD and Equal Wheels dedicated to orchards and vineyards, the Goldoni range is developed to help agricultural operators manage the entire agronomic cycle more effectively and sustainably.
Keestrack, headquartered at Bilzen in Belgium, is a family-owned global manufacturer and supplier of quarrying, mining, recycling and construction equipment. It produces equipment such as tracked crushers in Italy, Czech Republic, China and India with its parts, logistics and administrative headquarters in Belgium.
Keestrack started manufacturing in India in 2019 under the name eTrack Crushers, headquartered in New Delhi.
Gujarat Apollo Industries Group, founded in the 1970s, is a manufacturer of mining and construction equipment based in India. Gujarat Apollo has recently entered into agriculture and farming machinery business.
