Chinese construction equipment manufacturer LiuGong Machinery has promoted Kevin Thieneman to vice president.
Thieneman will be responsible for global strategy and business development, global after-sales business, and will support the acceleration of market segment solutions. He will also continue as executive chairman of LiuGong North America, a role which he has served in since joining LiuGong in June 2017.

Chinese construction equipment manufacturer 441 LiuGong Machinery has promoted Kevin Thieneman to vice president.
Thieneman will be responsible for global strategy and business development, global after-sales business, and will support the acceleration of market segment solutions. He will also continue as executive chairman of LiuGong North America, a role which he has served in since joining LiuGong in June 2017.
He has 25 years of experience in the construction equipment sector. Before joining LiuGong he was president of 395 Caterpillar Forest Products, and had served in senior leadership roles for Caterpillar in the Asia Pacific region for over a decade. He has been a member of the West Georgia Technical College Board of Directors as well as a member of the Industry Advisory Board for Georgia Tech’s Supply Chain & Logistics Institute.
LiuGong said Thieneman's knowledge and experience will be an invaluable asset to its commitment to provide more diversified solutions for global construction equipment customers and to further enhance its global presence.
