Italy-based 2835 EmiControls unveiled its new, restyled V12S dust controller at the recent Ecomondo green technology exhibition in Rimini.

EmiControls says the new V12S is much smaller, making it easier to transport and integrate into existing systems, but retains the stability and robustness to operate in challenging conditions. The machine can be started and rotated much faster and has a higher tilt angle.

The V12s can be installed on various mobile and fixed bodies. All functions from the previous model are the same. The specially developed turbine is designed to be particularly quiet with a noise emission of 63 dB(A) within a radius of 20metres. The turbine works with two speed levels, providing the flexibility to spray fine water mist from 30m to over 50m. Sophisticated valve technology enables the amount of water to be controlled by remote control on three levels. Water flow is 16 - 100litres/minute.

The dust controller is available with heating for winter operation, has a horizontal pump with pressure monitoring and automatic emptying for the right water pressure, and incorporates an easily accessible and quick to clean water filter.

The V12S is suitable for work in city centres or areas where noise levels are kept low, all types of quarry, recycling plants, industry, demolition, material warehouses, loading facilities, landfills and wood processing.
