Veidekke invests in concrete

Norway-based contractor Veidekke has announced that it has acquired the business of Entreprenør M. Kristiseter in Møre og Romsdal county of Norway. The company has not disclosed the value of the deal but the concrete contractor is understood to have posted a turnover of over €25million in 2009.
