The ‘Lunch and Learn’ webinar is a 30-minute online presentation that takes place on Thursday October 25 between 12:30-13:00. It will be presented by James Dodds, owner of environmental consultancy Envireau Water and an expert in water management and water resources hydrogeology.
The ‘Water Abstraction: Reviewing the transitional arrangements and new requirements’ webinar reviews the transitional arrangements and new requirements for abstraction licensing, which came into effect on January 1 this year. It will also examine what has been learned so far this year and focus on what those impacted need to do now in order to make sure that deadlines are met.
The webinar is the 10th in a series of issues-related online presentations by IQ Academy. The IQ says the webinars count towards valuable continuing professional development (CPD) and have been very popular, with hundreds of attendees from across the mineral and extractives industry to date.
